We work to keep product information, prices, pack sizes, stock availability, and delivery details accurate. Availability and final delivery costs may be confirmed by our team before dispatch. Product images may vary slightly from delivered packaging as designs improve.

Health and product-use notice

Mrembo and Binti pads are menstrual hygiene products. They are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent medical conditions. If irritation, unusual symptoms, or health concerns occur, stop use and seek medical advice.

Orders, payment, and delivery

• Website checkout and WhatsApp order flows submit your request to our customer-care team.
• Payment is confirmed through the agreed payment method, including M-Pesa where applicable.
• Delivery timing and fees are explained in our Delivery Policy.
• We may cancel or pause an order if contact details are incomplete, stock is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, or the order appears fraudulent.

Returns and refunds

Because sanitary products are hygiene-sensitive, returns are limited. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering.

Stockists, CSR, schools, and bulk buyers

Stockist, reseller, wholesale, school, NGO, and CSR enquiries are reviewed by our team. Submitting a form does not guarantee approval, pricing, exclusive territory, credit terms, or immediate supply. Final terms must be confirmed in writing by Binti Marvels Ltd.

Messaging consent
